Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Chairish, we take pride in delivering high-quality furniture. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as per your original order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and replacement policy below:

 

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your specifications, kindly notify our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery by calling or emailing us.

  • After receiving your complaint, our team will verify its authenticity.
  • If the complaint is found genuine, Chairish will either repair the item or offer a replacement, based on the nature of the issue.
  • If the complaint is found to be frivolous or baseless, Chairish reserves the right to take appropriate action.

 

2. Conditions for Return & Replacement

To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • It is returned in original packaging with all tags, invoices, manuals, and warranty cards.
  • The product must be securely packed to avoid any further damage during transit.

 

3. Pick-Up & Return Process

  • The client is responsible for dispatch costs. Chairish will coordinate pick-up of the item through our logistics partner.
  • In the event that pick-up is not available in your area, you may be required to courier the item using a reliable service within 1 business day of receiving notice.
  • Items not meeting the return criteria or reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

 

4. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, we will process a full refund of the product value through the original payment method:

  • Online payments will be refunded within 10–21 working days via bank transfer or cheque.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded through a bank account or cheque.
  • Please note: Promo codes are non-refundable in case of cancellation by either party.

 

5. Repair Option

If the product issue can be resolved through repair, Chairish will have it serviced and returned to you at no additional cost.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Products showing signs of use after delivery
